Questions

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you bought with. In Birth Code, open Profile, tap the settings, open "Your full code" and tap "Restore a purchase". Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

To bring your birth details, saved people and mood boards with you as well, tap "Save a backup" in the Profile settings before you switch phones, then "Restore from a file" on the new one.

How do I delete my data?

In Profile, tap the settings and choose "Delete all my data". Everything the app keeps on your phone is erased: birth details, names, saved people, tips, mood boards and settings. Deleting the app erases it too. We hold no copy of your data, because it never leaves your phone.

How do I change my birth details?

In Profile, tap "Edit profile" under your name. You can change your name, date, time and city of birth, and the edition you read. Your chart and every page are recalculated at once. If you don't know your birth time, leave it out: the parts that depend on the hour are left out rather than guessed.

How do I change the language?

In Profile, tap the settings and choose "Language". Birth Code is written in full in English and in Russian.

Is Birth Code a prediction?

No. Birth Code reads astrology, numbers and cards as symbolic languages for knowing yourself. Nothing in it is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Как восстановить покупку на новом телефоне?

Войдите в App Store с тем же Apple ID, с которым делали покупку. В Birth Code откройте профиль, нажмите на настройки, откройте «Твой полный код» и нажмите «Восстановить покупку». Подписками управляет Apple: «Настройки» iOS → ваше имя → «Подписки». Удаление приложения подписку не отменяет.

Чтобы перенести и данные рождения, сохранённых людей и мудборды, перед сменой телефона нажмите «Сохранить копию» в настройках профиля, а на новом телефоне выберите «Восстановить из файла».

Как удалить мои данные?

В профиле нажмите на настройки и выберите «Удалить все мои данные». Всё, что приложение хранит на телефоне, будет стёрто: данные рождения, имена, сохранённые люди, советы, мудборды и настройки. Удаление приложения тоже всё стирает. У нас нет копии ваших данных, потому что они не покидают телефон.

Как изменить данные рождения?

В профиле нажмите «Изменить профиль» под своим именем. Можно изменить имя, дату, время и город рождения, а также версию, которую вы читаете. Карта и все страницы сразу пересчитываются. Если вы не знаете время рождения, оставьте его пустым: то, что зависит от часа, не угадывается, а просто не показывается.

Как сменить язык?

В профиле нажмите на настройки и выберите «Язык». Birth Code полностью написан на русском и английском.

Birth Code предсказывает будущее?

Нет. Birth Code читает астрологию, числа и карты как символические языки для познания себя. Ничто в нём не является медицинской, психологической, юридической или финансовой консультацией.
